Central Florida Utility Transportation Contractors Association

Founded in 1977 as the Central Florida Utility Contractors Association, the chapter's mission is to promote the underground utility industry, increase the awareness of constantly changing rules and regulations and to promote safety in the workplace.  Our goal is to make this association a unified voice for heavy construction contractors. 

Founded in 1979, as the Central Florida Utility Contractors Association, UCA serves as a trade or business association for the utility and transportation construction industry, and related businesses, in the Central Florida area. Covering Volusia, Brevard, and Indian River counties, our association holds meetings, seminars, and other gatherings throughout these counties.  The chapter's mission is to promote the underground utility industry, increase the awareness of constantly changing rules and regulations and to promote safety in the workplace.  Our goal is to make this association a unified voice for heavy construction contractors.  

UCA of Central Florida is a chapter of the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) representing members from around the country in Washington DC; as well as the Underground Contractors Association of Florida (UCAF) on the state level.

UCA is a member-run organization which utilizes every member's support and involvement.  Together we can and will make a difference in the underground construction and roadbuilding industry.
